Cancellation Policy:
Substitutions may be made without penalty.
If you are unable to attend we will
refund your fees (less a 25% handling charge) provided you notify us
in writing at least 14 days before the event.
No refunds are given for
cancellations made within 14 days of the event nor are refunds given
for conference "no-shows".
